Repairs and Maintenance Request
In order for Northtowne to ensure that repairs are completed in a timely manner please fill out the repair request form below and your request will be sent to our office.
All repairs will be scheduled in priority order. If your repair is not urgent it can take up to 10 days for it to be completed.
If your repair is an emergency or directly impairs your safety (water leak or flooding,no heat during winter months, broken locks on main entry doors) please contact your property manager directly so that they can arrange an emergency repair.
DO NOT CONTACT REPAIR STAFF DIRECTLY. Repair requests sent directly to our maintenance staff will not be completed.
**COVID-19 REPAIR POLICY**
While the province of Manitoba is in CODE RED, Northtowne will only be completing emergent repairs (leaks, heat issues, broken appliances (in priority))
Northtowne staff that must enter your unit will be wearing a mask and practicing sanitizing procedures. We also ask that repairs be completed when tenants are not home to limit contact, where this cannot be accommodated social distancing MUST be followed.
Tenants are required to complete and sign a Health Disclosure form within 24hrs of when the repairs are scheduled.
